HTC P3470+ and Dopod P660+ english firmware upgrade instructions and ROMs

Download ROM update file, see links below. Each archive contains bootloader upgrade and ROM upgrade, both are needed
Extract files from archive to your hard drive
Make sure your battery is fully charged
Prepare blank FAT formatted microSD card, 2GB or less
Copy btld.bin to the root folder of your card
Insert card and fit battery into your device
Press and hold 'camera' button, press and hold 'volume up' button, do not release them
Press 'power' button for two seconds then release it
When screen lights up with an empty blue bar, release other buttons you hold
When the blue bar is filled and device restarts, the bootloader upgrade is completed
Delete btld.bin on the card, copy convert.bin on it's place
When the device is off, press and hold 'camera' button, press and hold 'volume up' button, do not release them
Press 'power' button for two seconds then release it
When screen lights up with an empty blue and red bars, release other buttons you hold
Wait until both bars are filled, then device restarts with fresh ROM
